Unmarked Parked Flat Bolt

A friend asked about markings on a carbine flat bolt that he obtained. There are NO manufacturer's letter codes. Only markings visable are 4(four) punch marks on the top of the big lug. Any thoughts?

M1 carbine bolts are on Wayne Machine Inc.'s (Taipei) product list. I understand you can get flat or round.

They must be the place producing "rare" unmarked dogleg hammers,too.

Any thoughts? Early Winchester before W markings? A Garand guy offered up that Winchester marked early Garand parts the same way. This was somewhat confirmed that early Win carbines may have had similar markings. Here we go again!! Another bug hunt!!!

Painter777... Here are the photos you requested. 7 pics of 2 separate bolts.
Both flat unmarked except for dots on one. First 4 Bolt 1. Last 3 Bolt 2.

What's all that crap on the front end?

I have one I have been kept in my Winchester parts bin also. On top of the lug is an irregular shaped oval with a punch mark in the middle. Only other marking is another punch mark on top. No normal code letters.

I'm sure it is not from Taipei as I have had it 20-25 years. Just didn't know if I should really put it in a Winchester or not.

I can't ID either bolt.
The 5th pic seems to show a milling style commonly found on WRA bolts, but can't be sure.
Both bolts are type II. Showing the extra metal under the extractor for reinforcement of the right lug. That would rule out being a unmarked WRA type I flat bolt..... unless they also used/made unmarked early type II bolts.
Very possible that they could have originally been lightly marked...... and markings worn off or removed when reparked.
I've looked over a dozen loose bolts here and don't have any with punch marks on the top of the right lug like yours shows.
Hopefully someone else can help.

A few years back a fellow member came up with a couple flat bolts that looked to be unmarked.
After wiping the left lugs with some cold blue, using strong lighting and magnification SG could just be made out on both.
