Close ups, Lithgow..came today

I got the 1944 Lithgow today..Parts are WA [Wellington], OA [Orange], BA [Bathurst], FA [Forbes], MA [Lithgow, and there are 2 different serial numbers, on receiver, bolt side, fore end, and nose cap is E93538, on bolt stem underneat, and top of action body is smaller P2842, SLAZ43 foreend, and BA43 rear sight leaf, rifle is 1944
Is it common st see different manufactured parts, and 2 SN's? HVSC too..
