Found an IBM Ser# 3934xxx in the used gun rack in with 5 other tired carbines. It appears to be completely original! 100% original finish. Clear crisp stampings on receiver. Machining marks still visable on undated, IBM marked, P proofed, short skirted barrel. ALL late features... T2 H in shield rear sight. Round AOB bolt. T4 (Reisch) wide joint slide. T2 unmarked, 4 weld barrel band. T4 stamped BE-B stamped trigger housing. T2 SI B stamped front sight. Original "C" tip sling. IS oiler. Low wood T3 unsanded SCB stock and handguard. All stock stampings are as clear as the day it was made. Only modification I can see is a polished feed ramp. Would anyone care to put an approximate value on this carbine for me? I saw 2 similar late guns on GB with BIN's of $2100 and $2500. However, they didn't appear as pristine as this one. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
