What do the Mosin Nagant experts think?

Hello all,

I picked this up a little while ago, figure I got a good deal at $250 Canadian. Its my first Mosin Nagant, and I was just thinking "Remington Mosin!" After getting it home I noticed the "SA" markings and got pretty excited. But I came here to get the opinions of you folks on the other markings, and maybe you can help reveal a little more on the history of this rifle and throw your opinions of it my way.
