thoughts on this no4 mk1 ?T?

this came up for sale yesterday and i was wondering what others think about it. i'm thinking 98% chance it's not an original T (mainly based on it being a Fazakerly serial no.) the scope and mount are not matching and aren't included.

i've inquired but either way i seriously doubt it will be coming home with me. i would just love to hear other opinions so i know what to look for in the future.
