is this a WRA stock?

i got a like new stock on my CMP Standard products. i believe its a WRA from what i've read. has a very small "W" side ways in the sling well,crossed cannons on the right side butt stock and the number 206 stamped inside, in front of the trigger group area only blemish is a glued split near the tang about a inch long. any thoughts TIA Semper Fi Al
