    Hello from Georgia

Well I have migrated here from former CSPicon Gun Talk forums. I know with the wealth of knowledge I'll get some great pointers for my collection. Have main interest in collecting US and foreign small arms. Planning on making a run to CMPicon this weekend on the 14th because the South store will be closed from the 15-31 of March. Regards JB

    New member (again)

Hello to all old and new,
I am a Garandicon Collector and retired old guy who likes to putter around with old military guns, mine and anyone else who trusts me with their rifles.
Recently I am looking at a Remington Mod 1917 which appears in extremely good shape, it has a Cartouche I am not familiar with (SSAA) on the left side stock just below the rear of the receiver I am sure everyone else has seen this but it is the first for me, It probably is a rebuild stamp of some sort, anyone know?
I'm glad that this web site did not fold!
    Thanks
    W6ZAP

Hi all. My name is Mike. And as my screen name indicates, I love the M14/M1Aicon, Of which I have 4. Actually I have a fondness for all military firearms and would like to own a Garand as well someday when disposable income is available.

I hope to enjoy the forums and to contribute if I can. Thanks for having me over. See ya.

    Mike

Hi everybody from KimW. I am a survivor of the old Gun and Knife Forum and Joustericon.com. Started as a NZicon NRA Target shooter in 1965 with my school rifle team, progressed to my University rifle team and then to the NZ Army rifle team and then to the NZ National Team - made the NZ Palma Team in 99. Have been a Geologist, then the NZ Army for 20+ years retiring as a Major in RNZEME and then went back to university and did a Masters and then decided to qualify as a schoolteacher. I have about 43 Lee Enfields from 13 different factories from 1894 to 1954 but don't classify myself as a serious collector.
