A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. Nice to be here. I am a new collector of Millitary arms starting with an IHC M1icon garand. Looking forward to learning from the experts.

Hello all, I'm Matt. I live in Culvericon City, Ca. Yep, the people's republik of kalifornia
I've been collecting for around 15 years now. January 2007 my home was burglarized and my safe was pried and ripped out of the floor complete with 26 guns. AR's, AK's, M1a, pistols, carbines, etc. The vermin didn't find my auxilliary carbine depot, however, so I still have 9 WWII carbines, as well as a few pistols that I had secreted arount the house.
Anyway, much as I HATE TO DO IT, times are extremely tough these days in my construction business and I must get rid of a few pieces.

I have collected and shot about 58 years. My rather small collection ended up in Tx with my son. In the last 10 years it snowballed into about 50 guns mostly WW1 & WW2 with 3 machine guns thrown into the mix. The last 8 years we have shot in the Nat Matches @ Camp Perry.

    I'm back

    Hello all,

I had posted previously on the former website, but this is my first post on the new one.

I am a retired army supply sergeant, a helicopter doorgunner in Vietnam in 1968, a DA Civliian now, and I am on my VFW Post's Ritual Team and maintain our 10 M1 rifles. I also have a M1Aicon and a few M1s that I compete in highpower matches with.

I have shot in the National Matches at Camp Perry since 1991, missing only 1997 & '98, due to employment conflicts. I'll be shooting eight matches in seven days again this year, from the President's 100 through to the NRA / Springfield Armory Inc M1A match.

    See you there!

    Dave E from Detroit
