    Need Ruling Please !

I need a ruling on this before I take it out to the range. Does my new rifle fit in category #4? It at one time was a “Full Auto” milsurp, converted (neutered) to “Semi Auto”. It stays the same caliber, original sights and included bi-pod, but does have a different barrel ( I will be replacing that with an original as soon as I can afford one). So if it is agreed this fits under the rules for category #4, I will be getting out to the range later this month to see what she will do.

    USGI (semi-auto converted) MODEL 1919A6
    Cal .30-06

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I guess if I said no I'd have to re write cat 4 or add to it and to be honest I'd love to see it on the range etc, so I see no problem.
