Rockola is an interesting story with early I cuts and or high woods being used for such a long period. Also the usage of rear sights. There are 6 mils with a mix of flip sights and adjustables that are original appearing.

He is a goog lid and WE all of us have to grow the interest of young people in collecting these historical firearms or they will vanish. A good movie like Saving Privste Ryan would help but we have to be the ones who grow this hobby.

That is a beautiful 6.2 , great looking stock . Would it be possible if you could post some pics of the sight staking ? I have never had the pleasure of seeing one of these late Rock-Ola's with an original t-2 sight , curious on the staking …

Fine looking 6 mil Rock! I remember that carbine at the National M1 Carbine Show in 2006 in Birmingham. Lots of complements on it back then also. If I am not mistaken Larry Ruth took a liking to that piece.
