I have a Bavarian Rural Police S'G' M1icon Carbine in the low 1.8 million range that I am attempting to put back to rights.

I would appreciate knowledgeable folks telling me what they think the following parts should be marked(in north to south order)

1)Handguard(the one on it is a RMC 2 rivet)
2)Stock,(current one is an Inland)
3)Mag catch
4)Safety
5)Rear Sight(has an IR stamped adjustable on it now)
6)Recoil Plate
7)Buttplate
8)Magazine
9)Firing Pin
10)Extractor

Most of what is there seems to be correct although there are quite a few IP parts on board like the "dogleg"hammer and various other bits and pieces.

I had never seen a receiver with a tiny Ordnance "Bomb" at the right rear (side just at the end of the track for the slide) and also on the exposed portion of the slide too.All in all it is quite a nice little rifle and I am only into it for $400.The Germans blued most of the parts and got busy numbering the slide and bolt to the rifle.I don't have a bolt tool so perhaps it might be a plan to add extractor and firing pin markings to the list above now that I think of it.I am about to ask a buddy in VA to find me one.

My thanks in advance for your assistance in this exercise.John R.
