The drop is more like 4 inches. (Two clicks up from your 100 yard (or meter) setting.

I like your build. I think to build something very close to your output. What parts of the original barrel are you using ? receiver & muzzle ends I suppose ?
For your bolt, did you use the M1 Rifle bolt patern shortened ?
