You can make....
...as many guns for yourself as you want. As long as you don't sell them , you don't HAVE to mark them , but it is a good idea just for proof it's yours , if nothing else. If , years later , you decide to sell it , it will need to be marked , and it's easier to do while your putting it together and finishing it. You CAN NOT make a gun for someone else unless you have a licence and are in the biz. You CAN NOT make a full auto unles you have the licence to do so. Building it yourself still means you are limited to what would be legal to walk into a store and buy today ( if it was still being made ). Don't quote this either but I think that 7.62mm on the heel would make it a later SA INC receiver.(last 5 years) I have owned a few from 3,000 up to 80,000 none of them had that.
