    You bet I was satisfied. That rifle and the op-rod Jim S un-twisted won a local CMPicon match in the Garandicon category in October.

    PS My op-rod looked fine externally, but dragged heavily and popped out of the receiver track too easily. I dunno about your "ding" on the flat, but other than cosmetic apperance, if Jim says he can get 'er runnin', that would be good enough for me.

    Yep got the op rod back just before x mas. Tweak is nearly gone if you wouldn't know it was there, there would be no need to mention it. He repaired the guide lug also did a real nice job. My only regret is I wish he would have replace the gas piston on it, He mentioned that it was on the low side .525 I never said do it and he never said he wouldn't so I guess it was up to me to let him know what I needed, Hey it was there just do it bill me. All in all I am very satisfied with the price and the workmanship. I know I couldn't have done it. Jeff B
