I know this is kind of a necropost and my first post, but I won a 1903a3 off gunbroker http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=184922239 and Im contimplating converting it into a 1903a4 repro. I havent received it yet so I dont really know what condition it is in other than by the description. I already have a very nice 03A3 so this one might be the perfect canidate. what do you all think?

Noonanda - Welcome to the forum! My advice would be to take some pics of the rifle when you get it and start a new thread. That should get you some responses.
Most won't reply to a new subject on an old thread.
I would love to see some better pics.

chuck,
We have not corresponded in a very long time. Sorry about your ailments. We are all getting longer in the tooth! Getting old sucks! (I know)
Nice shooter. Keep it up and stay out of wet crawl spaces.
