    Nice looking rifle. The one I have has a very dark stock on it.

    I went on Youtube and looked up "Saving Private Ryan". I found the three sniper film clips of the character Pvt. Jackson. Looks to be the same rifle as ours. Maybe the 03-A4 sniper ?

    the rifle being used to replicate the A4 in the film is not a US made rifle.
    it is a Nat Ord, or Santa fe arms receiver...so hope yours isnt the same type of rifle...

    Haven't heard that before, Chuck. Is there a particular feature on the receiver that gives it away? Certain clip in the movie?

    yea, the closeup in the tower gives it away, the Nat ord, doesnt have the stripper clip guide, and is shaped differently.
    iv killed enough Nat ords to spot them a mile away.
