Again, thanks for all the useful and interesting info. Another example of how the production of receivers doesn't always coincide with the assembly/production of finished rifles.

I didn't mean to start a controversy. My beloved RIA serial 400,xxx has a WWI SA barrel on it and may well be original, I should have known. I wish I could find RIA NS bolts as easily as I find RIA rifles. It seems RIA bolts are very uncommon.

I would say a WWI SA would be a replacement - the "original" barrels on HN Rock Island M1903s were in the 1927-1930 range.
I do have a RIA NS bolt for sale on the WTS forum!

I have RIA 1903 SN# 354860 with 12/26 SA barrel in excellent condition. Boxed ICC/.RIA and WJS cartouche. Wood and metal in excellent condition. Can anyone tell me more, and it's value? Thanks.

The barrel is probably a replacement. The stock originally came off a Springfield M1903 from the 1918-1921 range. I believe thr ICC is a Rock Island Rebuild stamp from the early 1920s.
