    Indeed.
    Without strict property acountability , chilling things can happen. Just imagine , packs of hockey playing hoodlums wandering around with stolen American guns and ammo . And not bolt action moose rifles , either . No ... much worse than that : little brown assault rifles and Thompson gangster guns .They might actually shoot at somebody with those nasty things .
