Yep, not bad living here just to damn cold in winter.
Got plenty of open space here to shoot, I can shoot on all the neighbours farms whenever I want and the closest range is only 15 min away where it has a 500 meter practice range open 5 days a week and other ranges open for comp on nights and weekends.
Life could be worse.

And what do BSA scopes go for? Don't see them here.

BSA = junk in my opinion. The most expensive scope they sell is around U.S. $150.00 and that is about $149.99 to much.

Bias, such a terrible thing, BSA were making scopes and lots of other goodies long before you were even thought of.
Even the cheap modern scopes made in china seem to be holding up pretty well against some incredibly expensive models in some of our long range shooting disciplines. I mean long range 1000+. At least 8 BSA scopes noticed at the last long range championships, not counting all the other cheap brands.
There's an old saying "If you don't like it, don't buy it." To each his own.

Sorry I was not trying to offend any one. I did say that this was my opinion. It is an opinion based on owning three BSA scopes. Perhaps they hold up OK in range use but for me they did not hold up well in field use. The Bushnell scope that ultimately replaced the last one has held up great for two years and is still fine and cost less while the three BSA Sweet 17 scopes lasted a total of about eight months all together.

I have to admit, somebody put some serious effort into the paint job. Much better than I would do anyway. Maybe not 1200$ worth (I'd pay 300$ for the rifle just because of the weird caliber novelty) but you have to start negotiations somewhere.
