    I think this is what I'll do. I will try the new spring from Orion7 first though. Probably. Because it would be nice if I could have them both working.

    I have never tried a push button. Maybe I should. I personally don't dislike push button safeties. I know a lot of people do. BUT, on the carbine I could see how it's more of a problem because of the mag catch just a little bit further. But man, we went through a war with the push button, I'm assuming most of them figured it out.
