Tower, I have a matching set to yours. Centre hole on the front pad is high. Holes on the rear pad are arse about.

Searching forums and the net, the Israeli explanation seems to ring true. They may not be Genuine British pads but they may still be Kosher.

So now to find an israeli sniper rifle.
