Peter they didnt arrive on one of my ships, but With the help of the Sister in law and Brother in law, they did the export and I did the import, they were still in Brazilicon at the time, have brought in three in total, first was on a roll on roll off car transporter, the next two (as pictured) I used a container, the process was a lot easier regarding the UKicon bit, container arrived in Liverpool, from unloading the container and getting them home it was less than 40 mins.

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Thanks for the pics bigduke! - nice big green installation - need a hoist just for the minor components! He would have to keep it a little more tidy for me...a couple more spanners are on the loose!

Nice splits! I could never get near one in the UKicon try as I might (although I built engines for plenty!) - I have had a couple in the US now and miss the looks - but moved onto Bays for the practical driving - I had mine out passing traffic on the Turnpike on Friday and to cart my gear to and from the range on Saturday.

Those Rossi headlight rings (with the indicators built in) have turned from common to rare and cool, I need to get mirrors I are actually usefull to see behind in - the ones in you pictures would definately work!

I know what you mean regarding practical driving with the bays, the splitscreens are similar to steering a ship, I was planning to keep one of the two but at the time couldnt refuse the offers so let it go.

The idea was to import more plus parts etc, I was trying to buy the stock of spares from a guy who had everything all NOS it was a gold mine to a VW anorack every thing for the vans, beetle and the fastback, but the family over there moved to Italyicon so that was the end of the imports...
