B17 in Penticton BC

We went out the back crew hatch. This was in the late 70s or very earl 80s. They got the bird from PEMEX, the Mexican oil co. It had been modified as a freighter so the aft section was decked over and they had a larger door installed. Just right for jumping.
Later modified it back to bomber configuration.

I always wanted to static line from a Dakota. Only ever done Hercules and a boxvan a few years ago

The C 47 is a good jump A/C, I've got about a dozen jumps from them. I've also got 3 jumps from the C 46.
