There was a bazooka for display/sale at one of the local flea markets a few months back. No one was quite sure what to do with it and whether it was subject to NFA laws, etc as a destructive device. Discussed price was way out of my league that day is all I remember about it.

If it is real and has a bore diam. hole cut in the tube ( so 2.36 or 3.5 inch) around where your face / head would be while firing and bars/pins welded across the bore it is not NFA .
If it is a reproduction and has no electrical capacity ( solid wood buttstock on the M1s with no battery holes , trap door , springs , and only short pieces of wire stuck in the conduits for looks , for example ) it is not NFA .
If it is real and functional ( ie no hole and bars ) it is a NFA Destructive Device and needs the $200 tax stamp and papers .
Live HE rounds are taxed and papered . Practice ( chalk and steel plug to crush chalk and spread it out ) were OK back in the day . 9-11 might have changed that now , but I have never seen any for sale , so point is mute . As an aside , I have heard that the practice round steel plug would go through both doors of a 50-60s car at 100 yards , no problem .

    Here's the ad:

    Panjo Marketplace

It's real but not complete. My cousin was telling me I can sell it on ebay because it just parts.

I think I put it back in the yard where I found it.

I would think yours could be OK . All electrical power has been removed ( grip assembly / magneto ) and it does have a hole in it . If you are afraid , just drill a couple of small holes across from each other near the rear , drive in a pin through them , weld them up inside , then ground flush outside .
