Yes that confirms it, it's a Carpenter's chest. I obtained a larger Carpenters Chest years ago that some-one was throwing out as an un-wanted bit of rubbish (trash) and so I asked the owner if I could have it. He was pleased for me to take it away. After a little restoration I was able to use it as originally intended- to store my wood working tools and still do.
