Much more often than not, yes. I always allow for anomalies especially on early productions: the type I Rockola trigger housing R stamped only in an unconventional spot, the R overstamped extractor on another maker's code, a flip leaf stamped S-P, or a rear sight stamped only with a Q code. All legitimate oddities that I've learned over the 4-5 yrs of my hobby.

I didn't know that, so when there is a space [ sometimes small sometimes larger ] between the letters that are stamped they just use a blank in between ? I ask because I have been shown other examples [ original ] with larger distance between the letters. The sight I posted in the OP was on a QHW I bought for just the barrel but thought I might get lucky on the sight too but I guess not. LOL

Some minor variation can occur in spacing because they used a number of stamps, not just one. Over-stamps were often single die stamps, but production stamps would not be. Sometimes you got a double stamp as well from hammer/die bounce, but the spacing would be the same. Yes, there are a very few anomalies, but that is not one of them.
When they tell you to behave, they always forget to specify whether to behave well or badly!
