    Are those extra holes in the buttstock a production feature or has someone drilled it out? Ive seen a couple of similar stocks during google image searches.

    Thanks muffet, until recently i had never had anything but 40's era Lithgowicon stuff to look at.

    Works in with the 1917 date, pitty some sod sanded it down a bit
