Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

If true.... 23 minutes is a Big improvement, as it was reported in 2012 or 2013: Detroit 911 calls: to get to the highest-priority crimes: 58 minutes, or nearly an hour.

    Article Used South Africa Picture

When I copied the image IMG that came in the article to paste it in, then remove the HTTP// IMG at the front ad back it reads as you can see:

South Africa continues to remove and destroy unlicensed firearms.

I wondered about this picture because I didn't recognize the surroundings, but it's been a while since being over there. I've finished a number of jobs on the Michigan State Police grounds.. last one being the (then) new State Police Forensic lab about 10+ years ago. I don't know of any other area available over there where the MSP could do there own 'De-Milling'.
AFAIK, It would have to be done at one of Lansing's scrap yards.
Although I do believe we may have a few members here that are current or ex local law enforcement that may be able to add to this. If I see my local police cap't I'll ask if he knows anything about where the MSP may do their crunching.

Good Catch Mr E ....... Close enough for FAKE NEWS !! I guess
