I have no doubt that some of the cartels' weapons come from the U.S. and were bought from dealers. But in the TV pictures, I saw belt feds, .50 Ma Deuces, grenades, UZI SMGs, and other weapons that could have come only from an army. I think it is a safe bet that many of those guns were "sent south" by the U.S. government to arm the Mexican Army, aka, a wholly owned subsidiary of the drug gangs.

And I have little doubt that the likes of Chavez and the Castros would be happy to provide arms to anyone looking to destabilize Mexico and make big trouble for Tio Sam.

Of course, someone like Holder, who has never met an enemy of the country he didn't love, prefers to blame American gun owners rather than Obama's leftist buddies.

    Jim

    Hey MCOOK,

I'd bet my finest rifle that ninety percent of the cartel weapons might have been manufactured in the USAicon, but were originally sold to South American governments for their armed forces.

It was reported recently that the Mexican cartels have as many soldiers as the Mexican government. Tell me that over a hundred thousand straw purchases of fully automatic rifles have been transacted on the US side of the border and then smuggled into Mexico, we are not stupid. It's the flow of weapons north to, and in Mexico that needs to be stopped. Let's see the serial numbers and where they were purchased.

Backdoor gun control tactic. Bet on it.

    Death to bad guys,

    LB

    Thumbs up

I heard on the news this morning that the Brady Bunch and friends want to limit the type of firearms available to the American public to aid in the "MEXICAN PROBLEM." I believe that those ignorant clones do in fact believe and feed on the news media's trough that those types of weapons are readily available and can be purchased at any gun show. How can anyone be that dumb?

The Handgun Control inc. crowd are neither stupid or ignorant.
They know exactly what they are doing.
They know that everytime a gun law passes they win part of what they are after.
