    Another Reason Why Milsurp Values Go Up

    This post breaks my heart. While reading an article about gun control in California, I came across this photo of guns obtained in San Diego through a firearm "buy-back" program. Identifying what appears to be two Arisakaicon Type 38s was bad enough, but seeing the Arisaka Type 44 in the upper right corner was excruciating. Since the photo was from 2021, I'm pretty sure these guns have already been destroyed and therefore further reduced the numbers of Type 38s and Type 44s in the world.
