Just to close the loop on this. I tried one more time to call, just in case someone was handling his affairs. The number is now disconnected. The website is still up though, and still says taking orders. I did notice the note this time at the bottom that his daughter designed the web site.
I didn't know him, but I will express my condolences nonetheless. Having made a few Kraghandgaurds from scratch myself, I appreciate his skill and service - well by that I mean I screwed it up twice before I found his website. He promptly responded to my inquiry that he was he was not making handguards anymore, and no he could not sell clips and rivets for me to do it myself. I succeeded on my 3rd attempt to make my own, clips rivets and all.

Has anyone had contact from Parts for Antique Guns? I know Jack passed, but the website is still active and there's no mention of his passing, potential delays or refund. My orders went I'm months ago and are well past getting a refund from the cc company.
I'm sure they (CC company) will try to get their money back somehow.
Yes, I imagine it will be the credit card companies that will file the dispute with his estate. At least that's how it should go they should do the leg work for the customers instead of the customers having to do it since it was their (The credit card company)card that was used. Hopefully they will credit reddcar as well, just might be slow

Credit card companies are very slow to return your monies to you but if you owe them money then they are lightspeed at getting back into their coffers from you, that's how the cookie crumbles johnd?
Anyone have any luck recouping funds or getting in contact with his family members. Daughter, granddaughter, grandson? There are a lot of people out a lot of money.
I recouped a full refund from my credit card company. Was unable to get in contact with anyone.
