    Shooting slug in shotgun requires rifle like prepartion if you want to be serious. Ballistics not much past 100m. Accurate enough at least up to 50m with normal shotgun bead front sight only.

    Agreed. I cast a .690" diameter round ball for some years that was devastating using rifle sights on an 870 Rem.
