    A friend has same marked Inland Receiver/Barrel, marked the same on top rear of barrel, just in front of receiver hand guard overhang, within same serial# range. Gives validation to your Inland awhile ago. Do you still have it & have you found any more info on it? His seems original, as mfg'd. Thanks!

    The barrel marked with just I -BR on the top, near the breech, is a legitimate Inland product. See Carbine Club newsletter 360, pages 10 through 13. It means the barrel is button rifled. 6.9 million is the serial number range where this barrel is found.
