    Thumbs up Holy Cow!

Wow, that is great! Thanks for sharing. I think you've got too much time on your hands though and should stop by and do mine!

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. I will accept PayPal, Zelle, MO and good old checks (and cash if you want to stop by for a tour!). CLICK BANNER to send me a PM for International pricing and shipping. Thanks for the comments guys!

I hope I have encouraged people to bring out the hidden beauty in their birch stocks. I like walnut stocks as much as the next guy and I know some don't care at all for the blonde look of birch, and only want the walnut look, but I think birch looks better as birch rather than as faux walnut. I read a lot of frustration on the CMPicon forum from people trying to make their brown-stained birch stocks look more like walnut. I hope I have shown that there is another way to go, but if someone has a birch stock but really wants walnut, in my opinion the best thing to do is to sell the birch set and buy a walnut set with the money. I think they will be more satisfied in the end, rather than struggling to turn their blonde into a brunette. The blonde (birch) roots will still show!

    Thumbs up

The blonde look of birch is like riding a Moped, really cool and alot of fun but you don't want anyone catching you doing it!

Only joking, they all look great!
