Are you going to make a project of it or move it on, be interesting to see how it scrubs up but firing the thing may not be on the menu.

I'm going to keep it the way it is. BLO actually helped it out a ton.
Havent made up my mind about firing it. Want to research it a bit more.

If you could get that rear trigger-guard screw in "the wrong way", there is something seriously wrong with the threads on the screw, the receiver, or both.
If it ONLY fits that way, there is DEFINITELY something fishy about the receiver. If it fits either way and the screw simply drops in, the threads are seriously defective.

Bruce, there's something screwy about the whole thing! I'll take it out and see what happens....

There we go.......took it out, screwed right in like it's supposed to.

If you ever were to fire the thing I would use a mild load tie it to a tree and remote fire with a piece of stout cord, just in case it grenades.........8(
