Obviously I'll have to do something erstwhile to earn some brownie points to get access.

There are no special requirements ...

The Member's Showcase Forum is deliberately designed to be "Reply Only" and permits all members to respond to any existing thread, but not create new ones. It helps bring order to the natural chaos one sees with these on-line bulletin boards that tend to repeat the same material over and over and over and over again, because most folks have no idea how (or are too lazy) to use the search function.

The primary intent of this forum is to permit members to send us photo montages of their collections so we can set up an on-line album for them to show everyone their collections. It also serves as a primary area for our "Monthly Purchases" feature thread. By using the "Reply Only" format, it's much easier to follow and maintain a consistent and uniform approach to presenting information.

How to use "The Members Showcase" (click here).

Here's a typical album of pics sent to us, showing how the entry is setup to maintain a uniform and consistent presentation, including responses from other members.

If you'd like to start a thread in the Lee Enfield forums you could do that, or if you'd like us to set up a personal album as described above for your own general use, then follow the instructions in the first link and we'd be happy to do so....

    Regards,
    Badger

Thanks mate. I wouldn't put it in this forum as it isn't a LE.

I also realise that it probably won't interest too many people outside Australiaicon.

The only reference to it I know of, is a few lines on page 211 of Skennertonicon's Britishicon Sniper.

I'll dig out some images and post them in the October thread of the showcase and if you consider them worthy, you can add them to your reference library.
