The only 1903 stocks that we have available are newly manufactured.

The ones that I see are all listed as "New Production". I thought they had some WWII era stocks

They had the scant & C stocks a few weeks ago. Maybe they are sold out. Ask them the status/ordering at custserve@odcmp.com
