A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. For the record this is not a moneymaker, I hope just to break even, eventually, at $80/book plus shipping. In the USA shipping is $5.00 for media mail. yes Peter: Made it over without any problems other than trying to fix my avatar. Since I was a member of Milsurps before the migration, like you, it was painless in my case. Dave_n

    Fair Warning, Mick

I have been loading for the Snider and plan an "Alpha/Omega" shoot as soon as the weather allows. (That'd be ".577 and 5.7x28 Day")
I fired my Martini before you got to yours---will you now allow me to beat you in the Snider non-race as well?

I did actually shoot my Snider 2 band the other day for the first time; I couldn't get to the range but did manage to blow a sizable hole in my vegtable patch!

The Martini sadly remains unfired at this moment, I really do need to retire so I can shoot more.

Already answered that at the other location---state flag of Alaska, where I was born.

PS "...but did manage to blow a sizable hole in my vegtable patch!" Can't think of a better use for nasty vegetables, Mick.
