What OAL should be used for 200 grain bullets? 1.24" as listed in my Lyman and Lee manuals?

Just a quick update. I purchased a couple pounds of W231 from Wholesale Sports. It's on sale for $25.19 for a one pound bottle. 40% off. I also purchased a copy of Water's Pet Loads on eBay and am awaiting its arrival.

I've used 231 for many things with good result. Info is widely distributed.
