I'm Matt, former U.S. Marine (ANGLICO), I've been a police officer for 23 years. Married with 2 boys 12 & 10. Entire family into shooting sports. I am a primary firearms instructor, teach the Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit Safety Class, and shoot IDPA. I have a U.S. Springfield model 1863 trapdoor 45/70 that has been in my family for 90 years. I just applied for my C&R and want to start collecting. Love military bolt and semi autos. I'm driving down to CMP in Alabama to purchase a M1 next week. You have a great looking site, with lot's of info.

My Name is Bill Irwin. I am a member of the Long Range Desert Group Preservation Society (LRDG - Long Range Desert Group Preservation Society) located in California. One of our members is an expert machinist and recently converted a de-milled Breda machine gun into a gas gun for our reenactment events. I cannot even see where he welded the parts back together. Hi next project is a Boys Anti-Tank Rifle. He is going to make it from scratch. He has most of the measurements figured out, but needs the dimensions for the magazine. Any help on finding the measurement would be appreciated. I am lobbying for a Lewis gun next.

I've been away for many years on the old Culver's web site. I going to sell the garands I've collected over the years as my interests have changed. Right now I would like to sell my CMP lottery M1-D. I would like to get $4500 but I'm not sure if this is a fair price. Please correct me if I am wrong about the price. I also have a greek collector grade that is virtually mint. 54 serial number. $1500 for that one. I also have two WWII collector grades but I'll need help pricing these. I also have a H&R M12 with sights at $500. I also have two pre-greek collector grade HRA . I might trade for a nice luger, quality 5 string banjo, or??? contact me and we can talk.
