Is it the comment you didn't like or is it the name ? Hope us Brits don't offend y'all by the term , it's not intended . Hope nobody's trying to be politically-correct here 'cos politics aren't allowed . Talking of women ??? I recently found Heather Lacroix on you-tube ... one feisty southern belle who just likes to have fun with her guns (lots of them) . I think she could out-pull the best recruiting sergeant . Do any of you think she creates a negative image ? (for shooters).

Bouletbill observed a certain curious restriction in the country where he resides. I added my observation of the same effect in the country where I reside, and agreed with his tentative interpretation of this behavior. That was additional information, not "getting political".

I certainly am not interested in poitical discussions, but I am interested in knowing why in one country I cannot access information in another country about goods that are legally available on the open market in both countries. If you have an alternative explanation for the observed effects, please let us know what it is.

Thankyou Patrick for your comprehension .

Question ; if I get a Euro Permit for my rifle and pistol , can I put them in the car and do a tour of gun clubs across Europe ? (Excluding of course Banitall Britainicon) .

What if ........ A gun club twinning association ? If every gun club had a twin in each other country , that gave members visiting rights across the continent ? Well , I think it's a good idea anyway .

"Question ; if I get a Euro Permit for my rifle and pistol , can I put them in the car and do a tour of gun clubs across Europe ? "

NO, since the transport of firearms across borders is only permitted for a specific purpose.

    If you have
    1) A European firearms licence.
    AND
    2) An invitation or registration for a competition by a recognized rifle club or national body

    - then it is usually no problem to take the rifles/pistols and ammo that you require for the competition into that country and back home again.
But check with the host club/organization first!
