I have a single digit Eddystone and would like to know where best to post pictures and wonder about insurance values of this gun. It is in 95% condition and has not been rebuilt (all E stamps).

Hello all

I am a new member and a beginner collector! i love to read about any sort of military weapon or history and I have a few surplus rifles myself!

the main reason I joined was that I have a Yugo Mauser M48 BO I would like to find some information about.

Not much to really say, except thanks for this forum. It has been helpful in researching a couple rifles I am interested on getting rid off.

I am retired US Army/National Guard, so I got to "play" with some neat weapons/guns.

I recently purchased an an M1 through CMP. It seems to be in superb condition but I need guidance from experienced shooters before I start with it. What should I be aware of, dangers, cleaning gas ports, etc.

I've been registered as a forum user here for a while, but too busy to actually participate.
A little info about me:
I'm located in Bergen, Norway. I'm a certfied collector of firearms used during WW-2 by the Norwegian resistance movement and SOE personnel operating in Norway. Lately, I've also started collecting military knives and bayonets focussing on WW-2 up to present date.
