    Here is my HK Conversion Kit for the Canadianicon FN C1A1 Rifle and FN C2A1 Light Automatic Rifle (LAR). The kit is complete and correct insofar as converting an FN C1/C2 to .22 LR operation, however it appears to be missing something in the centre, unless that space was intended to retain the Breechblock and Carrier from the converted rifle?? Enquiring minds would like to know the answer to that query....

    Yes but we weren't allowed to leave them there. I used to sign one of these out any time I took a crew to the field back in the '80s. I'd spend my slack time shooting up gophers and things. They worked just fine on auto as well.
