Perhaps if you guys chatted by voice live, it might help?

Besides a free "live" regular text typing Members Chat Room" (click here) environment, we also provide a free "live" voice chat system for members.

All anyone needs is the free client software and you're one click away from being able to talk to each other for hours for free and go over the rifle in great detail.

    Just a thought ...

    Regards,
    Badger

Let's give poor Henry Nock the credit he deserves for inventing Nock's Form.

John Knox had nothing to do with it!

    Indeed, cheers to Mr. Nock!

Thanks Badger for the tip on voice communication! EnfieldNutt, the ball is in your court. I should have some time next week to chat live, otherwise pics are the best solution. Please send me a PM.

Pics are best, but if you want to draw and scan, then we'll do what we can.

awesome thanks, also does anyone know if the trade Patterns use Long Lee or MLE style buttplates or did they use the most comonly found more universal types which took over with the SMLEs?

All the ones I've examined use the MLE type, although I've seen pictures of a couple others that MIGHT use the SMLE or cavalry carbine type...it was not clear and I was unable to see them in person or enquire further.

So, what's up with the photos?
