    Intro from alrekr

Hello, I enjoy shooting military firearms of past and present, this makes my collection rather eclectic. Always interested in the history of the battle rifle.

Hi everyone. New guy here from BC Canadaicon. I've had my license for a little under a year now and am steadily growing my collection. Currently I've got:

    1943 Izhevsk 91/30
    1955/56 SKS
No5Mk1 (I don't know the year or make on this one. It was in India and the markings were all scrubbed)
VZ 24 (Also don't know anything about this one. Refurbed)
    1943 Longbranch No4Mk1*
    1941 Maltby No4Mk1
    1918 CG M96 Swedishicon Mauser
    1942 Husqvarna M38 Swedish Mauser
    1941 Tula SVT 40

Coming in the mail I have a 1942 Lithgowicon No1MkIII*, a 1945 M44, and I'll be purchasing a Kovrov SVT 40 in the next few weeks.

I look forward to getting to know some people on this board and learning a wealth of information about my favourite types of firearms.

    Hi everyone!

I buy milsurps firearms for only 5 months now but I can say that I got hooked to this addiction!

So far I have a nice canadian LB No4, a mosin and two K98icon. I love all of them. When I started, I made myself a short wishlist. Every time one gun in this list was in my possession, the list had grown by 2 !

    hello there...

Hello all, Just joined the forum, as it seems a little more grown up than some of the other 'kit' forums out there. Have a wide range of military history interests, along with the politics which is the rider of why nations fight. Also an archaeologist, based in the mythical isle of Albion (UKicon).
    Cheers.
