All this talk of banning bump fire stocks makes me a bit nervous.
"This sliding device enables a user to fire a gun in a manner approaching the speed of a fully automatic" can quickly turn into "this gas operated piston enables a user to fire a gun in a manner approaching the speed of a fully automatic." Bye bye Garand, I hardly knew ye.
I would want more specifics than Feinsteins bill currently has. I don't give two hoots about the bump fire stock or the guns they typically attach to (just not my cup of tea) but it's a principal at stake. Death by a thousand cuts and all.Information
