Howdy! New member here from the tepid warmth of Arid-zona! Am an avid collector of things that go boom. My most recent acquisition was a Rockola M1 Carbine (seems to have all the right stamps and cartouches). I'm currently in the market for a M1 Garand or a M1Aicon. I'm leaning towards the M1A since I prefer rifles with box magazines.

    New member here

Hi there - I'm relatively new to collecting and just got my C&R FFL, but already know that I'm going to need to find more room and money. :-) I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA, but now live in the Bay Area of California... and hoping the laws don't eventually force me to move. Because you just can't beat the weather and things that can grow in the garden here.

I've been lurking on the site for a while, getting lots of good information.... so figured that it was time to say hello and THANKS!

    New from Alberta

My son renewed my interest if firearms last fall. Turns out my main interest is military surplus. So far have Mosin, Russianicon SKS and SVT-40. Will eventually add K-31 and Swedishicon Mauser. Very interesting forum.

Hey there, I have been interested in WWII since I was a kid and started collecting firearms from the war last year; specifically I find myself most interested in snipers. I've since picked up two of the Aim Mosins: a 43 Izzy and 43 Tula. I also have a VZ24 sniper without the scope (I think it's real), and just bought a Finn M39 sniper (haven't received it yet, I hope it's real). I also have a few non-sniper related WWII firearms: Type 99 Arisakaicon; Type 14 Nambu; M1icon Carbine.

What brought me here is my search for the VZ24 scope. If anyone has a lead on one, please let me know.

    Hello to NM Milsurp!

Just so the moderators and other members know I'm not a "bot", I thought it would be worthwhile to add a post. This site is such a great resource for people that enjoy historic firearms. Keep it up!

    Smile Hello to all

New member hello. Interested in Enfield, Mauser, SKS, and Mosin Nagant. Also currently looking for BSA scope rings RALS3 hopefully not too expensive for a BSA Majestic.
