"Howdy"
"Howdy"
I'm a refugee from CSP
's 2nd Amendment forum.
I'm 10 years older than dirt. A WW2 USMC 1st Division vet. A Life Member of the NRA, DAV, VFW, Texas State Rifle Assn and The Military Order of the Purple Heart.
I have a CHL & I shoot, among others, 03's, M1
's, 1911, 38, 40, 9mm & of course the 22's. Message for the day: Two wolves
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. "One is Evil - *It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
"The other is Good - *It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
Semper fidelis.

New Member Introduction
Greetings All.
Thanks for all of the information shared over the years.
Thanks also to my Dad, who exposed me to the thrill of firing SL-57 in his DCM 03A3 in the mid 1960s.
