Ken... Didn't you post a pic of a PCMR hat badge several months ago? I'd love to find one of those, even a repro. Drop me a note if you have any info on where one might be able to find such a thing.

Morning Conductor,
I had posted a thread before looking to buy one of these rifles. I probably posted a link to the P.M.C.R. museum and here it is again.

Now there is also some kind of club who collects this stuff and the fellow is very knowledgable. He normally has a booth at the larger gunshows. I will try to pick-up a card from him at the Kamloops gunshow at the end of April if I go ( normally falls on my wife's birthday ).
I have to wonder how many militias like this was formed in North America during WWII? Does anyone here know of any American units?
Here is a couple more links.

An artical in the Rifleman, in the last year, told of US official use of M-94's by some quasi military units in NW US., and maybe Alaska.

Nice find!!
It shouldn't be too hard to get a good stock guy to graft on wood to replace what was cut off and it will help the value as well.
Once again, very nice find

Very nice.
That workbench looks mighty clean too!
I pile my projects on my workbench and I still manage to find a way to overlook them.

Having lived in...
both Ohio & Michigan, they both during WWII formed the Ohio Defense corp & Michigan Defense corp, they were still on record as of late 1990's.
Other state formed to as the demand for both the State Guard being federlized and the needs for state to protect vital facilities.
