    Today I was mostly doing magazines :-)

    Well although I only live 20 minutes from the Military Oddity show at Detling I don't usually bother going as the sight of all the Vikings,Roman legionairs and other assorted Cecil B Demil cast members give me nightmares
    Today I thought I'd pop over to get a couple of pairs of boots for work but came away after having a look around the stall with a haul of magazines
    17 complete MKI mags (haven't checked internals)
    5 MKI mag bodies
    And 2 1930's Czechicon made 303 mags with Iraqi property marks on them

    Glad I went now !

    A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Lawks-a-lordy!

    Where on earth were they? I thought I'd checked the majority of the Bren mags at Military Odyssey.
    Nature and nature's laws lay hid in night;
    God said "Let Newton be!" and all was light.
